Story :  
Movies starts with Indu's (Samantha) friend getting forcefully ready for marriage with Gangi Reddy's son Bulli Reddy, knowing that Indu try to escape her friend from that marriage, at that instance enters hero Karthik and saves her friend from that gang. Then by that instance Indu starts searching for Karthik but afraid to fall in love with him because of Dhananjayalu(Shayaji) father of Indu who is against love marriages. But Indu wish to have marry a guy who is like Karthik.
Simultaneously Karthik 's mother (Jayasudha) says him that her wish is to get her niece as her daughter in law, who is fortunately Indu. By that time Indu starts liking Vamsi(Nandu), will Karthik fulfills his mother wish?  Will Gangi reddy leaves Karthik alive? Who is Nandu? and how Dhananjayalu will change forms the crux of the story.
