Nandini Reddy who started her career as director with “Ala Modalaindi” which is a big success near the box office, now coming with her second film “Jabardasth”. She has already proved her potential with her first film, but second film is very crucial for the director to establish herself in the industry and also to make a mark for herself. As of characters she has chosen well.
Many are saying that Nitya’s role in the movie is for very short span but it is really awesome. And also film has faced hurdles near the censor for “Allah Allah...” song. But anyhow it came out well Siddhartha performance is remarkable and the chemistry between Samantha and Siddu is fabulous.
Let’s see how far Nandini is going to impress the audience with her subject.
Story:Bairraju (Siddhartha) is an absconder. He takes loans from various banks and abscond them. In one particular time he meets Shreya (Samantha) and knows her idea and gets her job without her knowledge. After that they both come to an agreement and start their business, they become wedding planners. With their tactics, handwork they develop the business to very good level but due to some difference they become separate and Bairraju starts a separate company. Will that be successful or will they unite again forms the rest of the story.
Analysis:Within 30 mints duration of the film, most of the audience comes to know that this is remake of “Band Baaja Bharat” Hindi film. Nandini thought that she has only picked the story line of the film and added her piece of work and did it. But she forgot that she has taken almost 70 percent from the “BBB” only.
First half fully comes under that scale only while you can find some changes in second half. But those who have seen the “BBB” they can’t compare it with that movie as they can’t find that emotional depth in this film she simply kept comedy scenes but she forgot that emotion is equally important and for those who has not seen film this will be okay and something different.
Nandini was really good in one instance i.e. introducing Nithya menon this is really best episode in the movie. Her tale is surprising and interesting. She is successful in this instance. If she would have taken extra care for emotional scenes then this would be some better.
And Srihari episode a bit more drama and even Siddhu’s Bommarillu dialogue is not up to the mark. Anyhow let’s see who audience takes this film.
Finally:If you have seen Banb Baaja Bharat you will be disappointed with this.
